Your organization's books
Every sale, refund, and fee your organization touches, folded into numbers that always add up — sliced how you think, exported for your accountant, and readable by a bookkeeper you never have to hand the keys.
The reports
Your money reporting answers the questions an organizer actually asks:
- By time — revenue by day, week, or month: gross, refunded, net, the platform's fee, and order counts, in columns that reconcile against your bank.
- By customer — who bought, how much, what came back.
- By your own labels — tag sales with the dimensions that matter to you (an event, a season, a program), give each value a human label once, and every report can group or filter by it. The platform never invents categories for your business; you name them.
Numbers are folded from the same records your buyers see — a buyer and an organizer reconciling one charge are reading the same figures with the same words, so "it doesn't match" conversations start from agreement about what the numbers mean.
Export for the bookkeeper
One click exports the ledger — a row per settled order, dimensions attached — as CSV. And the reports carry an honest "data as of" timestamp, so an export made mid-rush says what moment it describes instead of pretending to be live.
The finance role
Give your accountant the finance role and they can read every report and export the books — and do nothing else: no refunds, no member changes, no settings (Members, roles & invitations). Read access to the money without the keys to it is the whole design.
Passes still out there
The outstanding balances view shows what you've sold that hasn't been used yet — how many punches remain across all the ten-class passes, by pass type. It's the honest counterweight to revenue: money you've taken for services still owed.
Good habits
- Label your dimensions the day you create an event, not the night you need the report — labels apply from then on, and a well-named season makes every future report self-explanatory.
- Export monthly even if nobody asks — a bookkeeper handed twelve tidy CSVs in April loves you.
Did you know? Refund math is folded for you everywhere: a partial refund proportionally returns the platform's fee too, and every report and export already reflects it — there is no "remember to adjust for fees" step, anywhere, ever.
