Buying through the platform

Entry fees, day passes, merch, registrations — buy from any organization here with one checkout experience, one order history, and refunds that find their own way back.

How a purchase works

  1. An organization lists something — an entry, a pass, a product.
  2. You check out: with your saved card (one tap where you've enabled it), or a standard secure card entry served by our payment processor. Either way, your card details go to the processor, never to the platform or the organization.
  3. You get a receipt; the order lands in your order history with its live status.

What you pay — itemized, before you pay it

Your total is shown line by line before anything charges: the organization's price, a small platform service fee, and — on card payments — a "Payment processing (standard rate)" line for the card networks' cost. No line ever hides inside another, and the price the organization set is exactly what the organization receives. Some organizations absorb the service fee for you — then you just see the clean price. The plain-language walkthrough of every line lives in The fine print.

Your order history

Every purchase across every organization sits in one place on your account — what, from whom, when, how much, and its current state (paid, refunded, disputed). One history, not one per club.

Refunds

Refunds land back on the payment method you used — you don't chase anyone or hand out bank details. The order's status shows the refund the moment it's issued, and the service fee comes back proportionally with the money (The fine print has the exact rules, including the one line that doesn't refund).

When a payment fails

You get a plain, actionable message — try again, use another card, or (for a bank-side hold) confirm with your bank and retry. The order waits in a payable state; nothing is lost, nothing double-charges — retrying a paid order is harmless by design. And an attempt you abandon doesn't haunt your history: you can remove it from your purchases yourself, and an untouched checkout attempt is tidied away automatically after a couple of days — money never moved, so there's nothing to unwind.

Good habits

Did you know? Some purchases carry entitlements — a 10-class pass, a season's worth of entries — and the platform tracks your remaining balance automatically, redeeming one unit each time you use it (Subscriptions & what you keep).
