Your payment methods
Save a card once and it works at every organization's checkout here — with controls that make one-tap payment something you switch on, never something that happens to you.
Your wallet
- Add a card in your account's Payment methods page. The card entry form is served directly by our payment processor (Stripe) — the card number never touches this platform's systems, and what we keep is only the display stub: brand, last four digits, expiry.
- One card, everywhere: a saved card works at any organization's checkout on the platform — no re-entering per club or league.
- Nicknames ("the club card", "personal") keep a multi-card wallet readable.
- Your default card is the one offered first at checkout — you pick which.
The one-tap switch — off until you say so
- Each saved card has an "allow one-click charges" switch, off by default. Only a card you've explicitly switched on can ever be charged without a full checkout — a single tap at an event check-in, or a reserve-now session charging when it's confirmed to run. Everything else always walks through a full checkout, and that rule has no exceptions: not for organizers, not for the platform itself.
- Expired cards tell you, kindly — a card past its date shows "needs updating" and is never fired at a doomed charge.
- A backup card can be designated for one narrow job: keeping a subscription alive if your main card fails while you're away. It's never used at a point of sale, and if it's ever charged, you're notified that it happened.
Removing
Remove any card any time — removal detaches it at the processor too, not just from the list.
Good habits
- Turn on one-click only for the card you'd hand across a counter anyway.
- Give cards nicknames the moment you have two.
Did you know? Declines come back to you as kind, useful messages — the platform translates processor codes into what to actually do next, and genuinely embarrassing raw reasons are never put on screen in front of a line of people.
